June 7 - Mount Laidlaw

Cool, ideal for hiking. Great early flowers: Blue Clematis, Purple Avens, Chocolate Lilies, Yellow Balsam Root, Bronze Bells, Spring Gold, Shooting Stars and Desert Parsley.

May 31 - RIDGE TOP ABOVE YELLOW LAKE

Warm bright day, many flowers including locally rare Blue Clematis.

May 3 - Kruger saddle

 14 hikers enjoyed the hike to Kruger saddle then on to a viewpoint looking north to Mt Keogan and McIntyre bluff.

Apr 26 - Mount Keaghan

23 of us, perfect weather. 15 varieties of flowers noted.

Apr 12 - skaha bluffs

25 of us hiked the panoramic trail from Wiltse Flats south along the ridges to the north end of the Skaha Bluffs Rock Climbing area.

Apr 9 & 16- Work Parties at Mclellan & Keaghan

Cleared fallen trees, replaced missing flagging tape, and/or rock cairns. Lots of early flowers out on Keaghan.

Apr 5 - Campbell Mountain

Calm, cool day with scattered clouds. Scared up a herd of 29 deer on the east side.

Mar 29 - Ski to south gate

Nordic Club has shut down, Downhill skiing closing down tomorrow. Yet we had minus 10 temperature and almost 50 Cm of new powder snow.

Mar 22 - Two Point Mountain

Nearing the end of the skiing season, snow conditions are amazingly good. Gale force winds tried to blow us off the twin peaks while we enjoyed the 360 degree views.
