Feb 6 - Municipal CreekToday we skied up through fog from the 4800 to the 6200 foot level. Then we broke through into sunshine, and climbing over the height of land could see Brent mountain shining in the distance, while the Okanagan Valley below was shrouded in heavy cloud. |

guy's ski repairToday was a test of our ability to cope. Guy duVent's 3 pin cable binding broke apart due to metal fatigue. Duct tape repairs, even reinforced with electrical tape lasted about 20 minutes each time. When reinforced with vinyl flagging tape, it lasted the rest of the way back. |
